OIL TEMP AMP FUEL TACHOMETER GAUGE SET for IH / FARMALL 460 560 660 GAS / DIESEL

This is a listing for a four gauge set with tachometer assembly for the IHC Farmall 460 560 660 Gas and Diesel tractors. Fits Farmall / IH Tractors: 460, 560, 660 gas and diesel 1958 - 1963.

This gauge set fits tractors with 2 (52mm) mounting holes. The tachometer diameter is 3 3/8 (85mm). Gauges and tachometer cases are "Yellow Zinc Plated" for greatly improving corrosion resistance. Gauges have mounting studs and brackets, rubber gasket seal for mounting flush to dash. They have a nice 12 volt light feature included so owner has option to use or not to use.

Tachometer: IHC / Farmall part number it replaces is 383092R91 & 383093R91. This clockwise tachometer: The tach has a 5/8 UNF cable end and has a nice 12 volt light option feature. The light option feature you can choose to use or not to use it.

Temperature gauge replaces IH part numbers: 353868R91, 369849R91, 393476R91. 72 lead with a spring covering over capillary tube. The capillary tube has a 5/8-18 brass U. END W/ 1/2 NPT PIPE BUSHING.

Amp gauge replaces with studs IH part numbers: 360053R91, 378424R91 and 393334R1. Oil pressure gauge replaces IH part numbers: 362177R92, 362039R93 and 536696R2.

This oil gauge has Yellow Zinc "Cad" Plating for corrosion resistance protection! 1/8 brass NPT male fitting, 45 PSI, mounting studs and bracket. F u el gauge replaces part number: 369607R91 and 369607R92. This is for a Rochester style gauge, 12 volt negative ground, 0-70 Ohm's. Will not work with Stewart Warner sending unit (32 Ohm full to 244 Ohm empty).

You need to be 100% sure of your fuel gauge wiring circuit is 100% correct! And whether or not the correct sending unit is in the existing fuel tank examples: universal sending unit with improper ohms and or wiring, custom units because original is no longer available, other manufactures have different ohms.

A lot of things happen to these tractors in 60 years. A separate ground wire is needed from sending unit and the gauge to engine / frame ground because of tank being mounted on rubber washers! I have seen problems with this ground system! Too much paint causing no ground (example). Stewart Warner sending units have other ohms range (32 Full - 244 Empty) and will not work with this gauge.

Know what is in your tank for sending unit first. Do a Ohm sweep of the sending unit that is in your tank first before ordering. Be careful of any sparks!! Remove sending unit from gas tank first before testing away from the gas tank. Also what I see on the restorations that I do from time to time. I can not return so called defective electrical fuel gauges to manufacture that are hooked / wired up incorrectly. Or If it is TRULY DEFECTIVE. 99.99% of the sales are without issues because proper installation has been followed. Also other different parts used from other models.
